Return Policy/Exchange We at Philip Noel are so sure you will be satisfied by your order that we guarantee every product we sell for 30 days* from the date you receive the item. However, we do understand you may change your mind so for the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines: *Some exceptions do apply.
1. List the item(s) that you are returning.
2. Note the reason for the return.
3. If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
4. We only recommend that returns be sent via UPS, DHL or FEDEX. We are not held responsible for packages lost by USPS. Packages that are shipped through USPS need to be insured for the amount of the item and customers are responsible for shipping costs and filing a claim for lost packages. Please keep the tracking number for your records and call or email it to us as well.
5. No refunds on shipping charges for returned items, we offer one exchange per order at no cost. If item was ordered with free shipping only the original shipping fee we paid will be deducted from the order not to exceed $11.00 to cover shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased under one order and some are returned for a refund, each item returned will carry an $11.00 surcharge.
Any Second Time Exchanged items will be charged 20% re-stocking fee.
All Refunds take at least 14 business days, but no more than 5 weeks to process. All questions regarding refunds should be answered on this page. If questions still remain or more information is needed, please do so by calling our toll free number.
No refunds on charges to alter the ring in any way. That includes CROWN CHANGES and CROWN ADJUSTMENTS.
